In the December of this year, the third grade students of Tbilisi Public Schools No. 53 and 151 visited the 112 Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs within the framework of the project “Increasing the Awareness of the Emergency Assistance Number for Adolescents”. During the visit, the students got acquainted with the specifics of the work of the Emergency Management Center and operators.
The teens also received detailed information about the emergency number – 112, which aims to provide emergency assistance to citizens across the country, 24 hours a day.
Representatives of the center explained to the students how and at what time they should call 112 and which emergency service brigade can be called by calling 112.
