In the November of this year, students of the village of Lisi Public School visited the 112 Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs within the framework of the information-educational project – “Law Enforcement and Crime Prevention Program for Public Schools”.

 During the visit, the school students got acquainted with the specifics of the work of the service and operators, received information about the emergency number – “112”, which aims to provide emergency assistance to citizens throughout Georgia, 24 hours a day. They were also provided with detailed information on how and when to call 112. They found out which emergency service brigades can be called by calling 112.

The aim of the project is to prevent juvenile delinquency by promoting the development of their civic awareness on law and order and safety issues. Also, increase legal awareness, orthodoxy and civic responsibility among young people.
