Public Safety Command Center “112” as a quality-oriented organization, successfully introduced international ISO standards.

The introduction of the standard ISO 9001: 2015 ensures the improvement of the quality of work of the center, which is reflected in the improvement of customer service, transparency of processes and the establishment of an even more effective monitoring system.

ISO 9001 is the world’s most widely recognized quality management system. It is one of the most well-known standards, which aims to ensure the efficiency and quality of the organization’s processes between the customer and other stakeholders.

ISO 21001: 2018 Standard is the latest publication of the International Organization for Standardization for the regulation of management systems of educational organizations. The standard focuses on strengthening the management system of educational organizations, as well as improving the quality of services and products.

Implementation of ISO 21001: 2018 in the Public Safety Command Center “112” will ensure the quality of trainings conducted by the training center, the introduction of new approaches in the training process as well as competitiveness, which will have a positive impact on the recruitment and training / retraining process of future operators and will reflect on the quality of services provided by the call center.
