On September 25-26, a second annual international conference “Public Service Delivery – Focusing on Modern Solutions” was held in Tbilisi. The event was organized by USAID, EU Representation to Georgia and German International Cooperation Society (GIZ).
In the conference that was dedicated to innovations to public service delivery 132 foreign and local delegates took part including MIA LEPL “112” Monitoring Service Head Tamaz Bakhtadze.
The delegates were introduced the results of technological developments and reforms in public service delivery sphere, including the reforms in emergency field.
On September 25 the conference participants visited “112” office and expressed their interest towards the emergency response center working principle.
The international conference has been held in Georgia since 2011.
