On November 29 – December 13, 2012 MIA LEPL “112” 17 staff members attended 2 trainings including “Negotiations” and “Time Management”.

The courses were conducted by the training provider “Management Academy”.

The “Negotiations” training was based on the methodology of Harvard negotiations project (Principled Negotiations) and the materials were taken from Roger Fisher’s, director of the Harvard Negotiation Project, specialized in negotiation and conflict management, trainings.

The course aimed the attendees to know more about various methodologies of negotiations for succeeding in this field in future.

“Time Management” course key aim was to introduce so called “stress less productivity” principles and technique to the training attendees. Besides this the training aimed to strengthen the time management characteristic in training participans. 


At the end of the courses “112” staff members were certified.
