In the framework of “Legal Development Program”, students from №64 public school visited “112” Emergency Response Center and got detailed information about current working procedures.

The “Legal Development Program” is a joint program of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Education of Georgia. The abovementioned project aims to raise awareness about children’s rights and responsibilities in the field of law and justice.

This project foresees learning of pre-complied subject such as “”Legal Culture” for the 9th graders of selected schools. The subject is being taught jointly by the school teachers and policemen as well.

Apart from lessons, the program includes the students’ tour in the buildings of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and it foresees the understanding of the work specificity on the place.

Currently, the fifth stage of the “Legal Development Program” is ongoing which involves 15 schools of Tbilisi and 33 of the regions of Georgia.
