At the end of the two-day conference – “Sharing Experience on Priority Aspects” – Heads of Emergency Management Services of different countries and experts in this field visited the base of the Rescue Training and Response Division of the Emergency Management Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia.

The guests positively assessed the current situation in Georgia in terms of emergency management and gave additional recommendations to the representatives of the service. The members of the delegation shared information with the Georgian side about various emergency management mechanisms tested in Europe.

The conference “Sharing Experience on Priority Aspects” was initiated by the 112 Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and supported by the European Commission under the Technical Assistance and Information Exchange Instrument (TAIEX).
