Public Safety Command Center “112” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs offers a call center operator training program for any interested person who wants to learn the operator’s profession.
The goal of “112” is to share its experience with the state or private companies that are interested in strengthening their resources and raising their qualifications through this program.
Both public sector agencies and private companies, as well as private individuals wishing to work directly in call centers, can submit an application.
After completing the training, the trainees will be given certificates recognized by the state.
The program will be implemented by the trainers of the “112” training center.
The “112” training center was established in 2015 and has trained up to 8,000 people, including representatives of partner entities.
