The Public Safety Command Center 112 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs hosted a delegation of the Border Guard Troops of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia, which was visiting Georgia on an official visit.


The Director of 112, Nikoloz Bachulashvili, provided the guests with information about the main areas of the Center’s activities and the operational specifics of 112.

During the visit, the delegation members observed the process of managing calls received through the emergency number and learned about the specifics of the work of 112 operators. The guests also received information about the electronic monitoring system for violence against women and domestic violence.
