On May 31 Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia marked Police Day on Lisi Lake. 112 Georgia presented projects tailored to the kids, as well as modern technology oriented projects.
112 was represented with the “Spaceship”, which is the exact replica of the 112 Tbilisi call center. Upon entering the Spaceship, kids were able to play computer games designed specifically for them. Winners became the Members of the Spaceship and were awarded special passes. With the use of modern technologies, kids were informed about the emergency number, when to dial 112 and how to act during the emergencies.
Within the frames of the event, Emergency Response Center 112 presented mobile application, which enables the location determination. Each guest was made familiar with the features of the application. Representatives of 112 provided detailed information about using the application during the emergencies.
