A memorandum of understanding was signed between Emergency Response Center 112 and Georgian Railway.
Within the frames of the MoU, parties will share knowledge and experience and will contribute to raising awareness about their organizations.
Railway Georgia operates hotline 13 31 to provide information for the passengers. According to the MoU, 112 trainers will train the call takers of Georgian Railway hotline. Upon completing the training, attendees will be awarded certificates. On the other hand, Georgian Railway will facilitate the awareness raising activities about emergency number 1-1-2 through various means of communication.
