Emergency Response Center 112 hosted the members of Independent Children and Students Union – students from different Universities of Tbilisi.
Representatives of 112 informed students about the operation of 112. Students were made familiar with the high-tech projects, including Mobile Application, which is the quickest and the most efficient link between the citizens and 112 call takers and provides location determination feature.
Guests were also informed about SMS and video call service for deaf and hard-of-hearing citizens, enabling people with hearing loss to call 112 and independently report about the incident. Furthermore, 112 representative presented planned modern and innovative services within 112.
