With the aim of raising awareness about the emergency number, 112 Tbilisi PSAP hosted another Doors Open Day for students.
Representative of 112 familiarized the students with the operation of 112, while the representative of Georgia Red Cross conducted training about performing first aid.
Event is being held on monthly basis within the frames of the joint project of 112 and Georgia Red Cross. Project aims to inform youth about emergencies and right first aid steps. Upon completion of the training course, in case of emergencies students will be able to perform first aid before ambulance arrival.
Within the frames of the project, said training course was completed by 100 students. Project will continue in 2019.
