Emergency Response Center 112 summarized project, which was financially supported by Millennium Challenge Account – Georgia.
The main objective of the project is capacity building of 112 Training Center. Summarizing event was attended by the representatives of public entities and donor organizations.
Representatives of 112 familiarized guests with the activities carried out within the frames of the Millennium Challenge Corporation Compact. In particular, with the frames of the said project analysis document, professional standard and training program was elaborated for call takers. All mentioned documents are in compliance with the standards sent by the Ministry of Education of Georgia.
Elaborated documents will be useful not only for 112, but any entity and organization wishing to set up a call center, or train existing call center staff. In long term perspective, 112 will be able to provide training services for any citizen willing to obtain call taker qualification and skills.
