In March of 2018, within the frames of the “Awareness Raising about Emergency Number among the Minors” project, 100 students of private schools “Prometheus” and “XXI Century” visited 112.
During the visit, students were made familiar with the functioning of the Operative Response Center and work of call takers. Students were also informed about the emergency number 112, which, in case of emergency,
aims at providing immediate assistance to the citizens throughout Georgia 24/7.
The representatives of 112 informed the students about how and when to dial 112 and what emergency services are available by dialing this number.
