Alexander Bowesme, an expert invited from the Netherlands to the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, conducts training for the staff of “112”. This training for people with disabilities is conducted within the framework of the project to connect with “112” via short text messages and video calls.
Alexander Bousema, an expert invited from the Netherlands, will spend 11 days training 112 staff and sign language operators on the procedural issues of the project, including short text messages and video calls about emergency assistance. The training also discussed ways to produce effective communication for the hearing impaired.
Alexander Busema shared international practice and existing models in Europe with the participants of the training. The project is supported by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA).
