Citizen Service Centers were opened at the Parking Lots of Public Safety Command Center “112” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia.
In the Service Centers, citizens will have the opportunity to receive different types of services in a comfortable environment, on the “one-window” principle, namely, determining/paying the fee for taking the vehicle to the Parking Lot, receiving a notice of debt for individuals and legal entities, and other necessary procedures for removing the vehicle from the Parking Lot.
Citizen Service Centers were opened in two locations, in Tbilisi, and will operate in the vicinity of “112” Parking Lots.
The Breakdown Service was introduced in 2014 at “112”. The main goal of the implementation of this service is timely and safe transfer of temporarily seized vehicles in cases of administrative and criminal violations.
