The Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Arpine Sargsyan, visited the Public Safety Command Center “112” of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia, as part of her two-day official visit to Georgia. The members of Armenian delegation were introduced to the specifics of the work of the center and toured the infrastructure.
The Director of the Public Safety Command Center “112”- Giorgi Arsoshvili, provided Armenian colleagues with detailed information about the main working directions of the center.
The members of the delegation of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia got acquainted with the operative management of emergency assistance, functioning of the video surveillance systems to ensure traffic safety, as well as the electronic surveillance system, which aims to combat domestic violence effectively.
The Deputy Ministers of Internal Affairs of Georgia – Giorgi Butkhuzi and Aleksandre Darakhvelidze were present at the Public Safety Command Center “112”, along with the members of the delegation of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.
