Training Center of Human Resources Management and Development Unit of Public Safety Command Center “112” has commenced training course for future call-takers. Courses are being held at Tbilisi and Rustavi centers of 112.
112 has announced call for the position of the call-takers in January. Total of 631 applications were received. 53 candidates successfully passed selection stages. As of now, 28 candidates are attending special course for future call-takers.
The course lasts for 6 weeks and is fully tailored to the existing challenges and the needs of the candidates. Training course aims to teach the candidates the usage of 112 internal software and develop all the skills that are vital for call-takers.
