Public Safety Command Center 112 of Internal Affairs of Georgia has been granted the right to implement a vocational training program – “Remote Service Specialist of Contact Center.”

Upon completion of the vocational training program, attendees will receive a state-recognized certificate of vocational education.

The training center has the capability to offer training services for call center operators to any interested parties, both public and private organizations.

Training center of Public Safety Command Center 112 was established in 2015. The center constantly works towards raising the qualification of the employees of 112. Furthermore, it provides services in this direction for partner entities and different organizations.
