Police protocol of incident type and case priority determining software – ProQA Paramount has been implemented within the LEPL of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia – Public Safety Command Center “112.”
Employees of the Central Criminal Police Department have been trained “112” training center. Currently, the fire-rescue protocol is fully implemented in “112” and the operators manage the incoming calls according to the mentioned protocol.
The system has existed for over 25 years, has been translated into over 30 languages and dialects and is being used in over 50 countries worldwide. The system consists of three protocols – Police, Fire, and Medical.
Through these protocols, the “112” operator receives complete, comprehensive and actually necessary information about the emergency case and its severity from the call initiator in the shortest possible time.
The main advantages of the program are: calls managed in compliance with international standards, high accuracy of incident prioritization and first aid telephone instructions.
