Students of the school “Jejili” visited the “112” department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs within the framework of the project – “Increasing the awareness of the emergency number in adolescents”.

The teenagers visited the Tbilisi center of “112” and got acquainted with the specifics of the work of the operators on the spot. Representatives of “112” provided the guests with full information about the emergency number, which aims to provide emergency assistance to citizens 24 hours a day throughout Georgia.

Students were also provided with detailed information on: how and when to call 112; Which emergency service brigade can be called by calling 112. They also learned about the harms of making a false call to 112 and the penalties for misusing the number.
