On August 6, 2012, a special training course launched for MIA LEPL “112” call-takers and dispatchers.
The course takes place at the Ministry of Internal Affairs “Police Academy”. The training aims to improve the professional skills of “112” call-takers and dispatchers.
In the frames of the training the trainees will master in the following issues:
- Effective Service and Communication
- Professional Stress and Aggression Management
- Communications Standards with Kids and Adults
- Organizing Fire-Rescue Service
- Main Aspect of Criminal and Administrative Law
- Organizing Patrol Police
- Police and Human Rights
The training will last till September 20 of 2012 and every call-taker and dispatcher working in “112” will pass through it. Finally, the trainees will be certified.
