The Emergency Management Center has started professional training of operators to improve the quality of service. The aim of the training is to increase basic medical knowledge and develop practical skills.
This course is important for 112 operators to be able to receive incoming medical notifications and interview in accordance with international standards.
Various teaching methods are used in the trainings – lectures, theoretical exercises, practical lessons and simulation scenarios.
The training course is taken in stages at the MediclubGeorgia Training Resource Center, which receives 140 calls from 112. Certificates will be awarded to the training participants.
