The Director of the Public Safety Command Center “112” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Giorgi Arsoshvili, congratulated the employees on “112” Day and awarded some of them for exemplary performance of their official duties.
On the occasion of “112” Day, Giorgi Arsoshvili thanked each employee for their selfless work.
It is noteworthy that in 2024, “112” operators answered up to 4 million calls.
February 11 was declared “112” Day in 2009 by a joint decision of the European Commission, the European Parliament and the Council of Europe.
“112” Day is celebrated in more than 80 countries around the world.
