In an effort to enhance the qualifications of 112 emergency call takers and improve the overall quality of service delivery, the Public Safety Command Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs conducts specialized training programs on a regular basis.

These trainings are implemented by the 112 Training Center and encompass a range of topics, including the development of skills for emotional regulation and effective decision-making in high-pressure situations, mastery of the fundamental principles of first aid, effective communication techniques, and more.

Established in 2015, the 112 Training Center is dedicated to the continuous professional development of active personnel and the comprehensive preparation of prospective call takers. Furthermore, it is responsible for the organization and implementation of a variety of thematic training sessions for employees of affiliated services.
