Within the frames of the Awareness Raising Week, call takers of Emergency Response Center 112 familiarized the visitors of three biggest shopping malls of Tbilisi (“East Point”, “Tbilisi Mall”, “Galleria Tbilisi”) with the high tech and innovative mobile application of 112.
Call takers informed visitors about the key feature and main advantage of the mobile application – determination of the user location.
February 11 was declared as 112 Day back in 2009 by the decision of European Council. Events dedicated to 112 Day are conducted throughout Europe on annual basis. The aim of the events is awareness raising about 112.
