Emergency Response Center under Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia – 112 was awarded the grant within the frames of the grant competition announced by Industry-Led Skills and Workforce Development project under Millennium Challenge Account – Georgia.
With the help of the grant, allocated by the Millennium Challenge Corporation of US Government, 112 will provide capacity building activities for 112 Training Center and elaboration of common vocational program for call center operators. Within the frames of the project, 112 Training Center will have a possibility to offer service of call taker training to private and public sector companies.
112 Training Center started functioning in 2016. Training Center constantly works towards capacity building of the employees and has offered similar services to partner companies and other organizations.
