The Emergency Management Center, in September-October 2013, trained staff to improve the qualifications of operators and improve the efficient operation of the service.

At the MediclabGeorgia resource center, operators investigated all major medical incident types and received the necessary information on how to conduct a telephone interview with a call initiator effectively.

130 employees of 112 successfully passed the training course for emergency call recipients. At the end of the course they were given special methodological manuals and certificates.
