Operators and instructors of Public Safety Command Center “112” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia were trained.
The training course was implemented with the support of the U.S. State Department’s Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL).
The training, led by foreign experts, included the following topics: stress management, communication and listening skills, critical incident and trauma management, suicide prevention, communication with a citizen with mental health problems, and more.
