Emergency Response Center of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia – 112 hosted the representatives of the delegation of Czech Republic and the consul of Czech Republic to Georgia – Olga Horáková.
Within the frames of the visit, guests were informed about the functioning of 112 Georgia, specific features of call handling and processing.
Representatives of 112 familiarized the guests with the ongoing and planned projects.
Guests expressed interest in the innovative services of 112 Georgia, especially the mobile application, which identifies the location of the user.
Parties discussed the problem of large number of non-emergency calls and the information campaigns aimed at eliminating this issue, including the social campaign “Let’s Reduce Non-Emergency Calls”. The Consul of Czech Republic expressed willingness to participate in this campaign
