• Every person, whose vehicle has been transferred to the 112 impound lot before September 1, 2020 and has not been retrieved yet, is allowed to take their vehicles back for a one-time payment of GEL100.
• The authorized persons will be able to use this debt relief within 3 months after the after the law enters force, more precisely, until September 14, 2021.
• The vehicle owner must present a permit issued by the Patrol Police Department to prove that the administrative or criminal case has been finalized.
• The citizens must apply for a permit at the Unified Service Center of the Patrol Police.

Yes, the law also applies to persons against whom a civil dispute is pending, or is completed regarding the imposition of the fee.

Yes, it applies if the decision is not enforced.
Can anyone be exempt from paying GEL100?
No. Anyone wishing to take the vehicle out of the impound lot will have to pay 100 GE.
What happens after the three-month period?
If after the three-month period the person fails to take the vehicle from the impound lot, enforcement will be carried out in accordance with the rules established by the law.
Does the law apply to vehicles with trailers?
Yes, the law applies to all types of vehicles. Including motorcycles, trucks and minibuses.
