Along with the effective provision of the service, particular attention is paid to the safety of vehicles. For this purpose, a specially secured impound lot has been designated, the area of which is protected from unauthorized access by third parties and is equipped with 24-hour surveillance cameras, protective fencing, and the appropriate infrastructure.

The introduction of the towing service is important for the timely and safe transfer of temporarily seized motor vehicles to an impound lot in cases provided for under administrative and criminal legislation.

The towing service was introduced at 112 in 2014.
