The employees of the Animal Monitoring Agency were trained by the 112 training center

In the training center of the Public Safety Command Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs “112”, employees of the Animal Monitoring Agency participated in a special training course.

The training aimed to develop participants’ communication skills, enhance their qualification for effective communication, and improve the service process.

At the conclusion of the training, certificates were awarded to the participants by Mary Chikobava, the deputy director of “112,” and Zviad Asanishvili, the deputy director of the Animal Monitoring Agency.
