TRAINING CENTER

The Training Center of Public Safety Command Center “112” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was established in 2015.

Trainers of the Training Center constantly work towards raising the qualification of the existing employees, as well as training future call-takers and organizing and conducting training sessions on various topics for the employees of the partner entities.

  • LEPL Public Safety Command Center “112” has been granted an official confirmation recognized by the state regarding the implementation of the professional training program – “Remote service specialist of contact center” – for the candidate operators who are eligible for 112.

  • LEPL Public Safety Command Center “112” has been granted an official confirmation recognized by the state regarding the implementation of the professional training program – “Training of a remote center operator” – for any interested persons and private / public organizations. (see the decision of the Council).

  • By the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia N1/498 of November 8, 2022, the rules  for the selection and training the call-takers and dispatchers of the 112 have been approved. 




    Statistical information: 

    In 2023, 1737 employees of 112, as well as, employees of partner entities and other organizations, were trained by trainers of the training center in various directions.

    In the years 2015-2022, at the 112 training center, more then  12200 people, including representatives of partner entities, were retrained.
