Chat with 112 call-taker (Chat)
This feature can be used for emergencies when the caller can’t make a call but can chat with the call-taker to explain further details.
If GPS service is enabled, while using the chat feature, the application will send the user’s location coordinates to 112. If the user has run out of data, location coordinates will be sent to 112 in the form of SMS.

Only deaf and hard of hearing people can contact 112 through a video call from the application. These calls are managed by call takers who know sign language.
While using the video call function, if the user has activated the GPS service, the coordinates determining the location of the initiator will be sent to 112.
